Went to Shari's Tea tasting this past weekend and had a blast. Shari is very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about all different kinds of teas and the proper way to brew them (temperature and time). During the tea tasting part, we got to try 4 great teas that were all distinctive and different from each other. After the tea tasting, we all got to make 2 different tea blends to our liking with the amazing expert guidance by Shari. I can't wait to have time at home to taste my custom tea blends I made and will very lucky go back again for another class.

Tea tasting and custom tea blend creations was such a lovely experience, even better with friends and the wonderful instructor Shari. Informative and fun - each tasting gives you a refreshing take of the different types of tea and flavor profiles. Concluding the class with a personal build of tea blends really puts it together and brings out the creative, experimental spirit and passion Shari shares. Try the pomegranate oolong :)

Such an amazing time at Shari's tea tasting and blending class! Shari has such a wealth of knowledge about tea and presents the basics and history of tea to start the class before sharing 5 of her custom blends for us to try and eventually guiding us through the process of making 3 of our own custom tea blends to take home. Learned such and had such good conversation.. Honestly one of the coolest classes I've taken in a long time, thanks Shari!

I absolutely love love love Shari’s Tea, especially their Coconut Black (which is basically chai with coconut pieces) So incredibly good! The only problem is that you’ll have a hard time drinking regular tea after getting accustomed to the good stuff. 😊
